Ordering
Wholesale orders may be placed directly through our website or by contacting us at jack@medicatedmango.com / 224-548-9778.
A valid resale certificate must be submitted and approved prior to your first order.
Minimum order: $250 or 10 units per SKU.
Pricing & Payment
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved partners.
Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, ACH, or other approved methods.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping & Handling
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply on orders over $500.
All shipments include batch-specific COAs and compliance documentation.
Returns & Damages
Due to product nature, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
Approved claims will be replaced or credited toward your next order.
Compliance
All products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and Florida Statute §581.217, containing less than 0.3% Δ9-THC by weight.
Products are tested by accredited third-party labs, and COAs are provided for each batch.
Retailers are responsible for ensuring products are sold in compliance with applicable state/local laws, including age restrictions (21+).
